Have anyone done this conversion?
If I change the roof to the reimo hightop do i have to change the bed also?
Or i can keep the westfalia bed and just place the other roof?
thank you!

do i have to change the bed also?
I'm pretty certain you will, as the new fixed roof won't be high enough for the gas struts on the bed to lock out when raised. Also the reimo roof is very low at the cab end (where you currently have the max height of your open pop top) so I doubt you'll be able to access the bed.
Reimo high top beds are normally just boards that stack on top of each other.

well it's not that low and I think the westfalia bed is much more safe and well constructed than the reimo..

I'm not sure if you've understood. The reimo roofs I've seen are very aerodynamic at the front, so the height of it over the cab seats (where you would access your Westy bed if you leave it in place) will only be 20-30cm greater than your existing closed pop top roof. Unless you are VERY SLIM and a professional limbo dancer, I doubt you'll be able to 'go to bed'.

haha, I understood, i've send a message to the reimo company about their beds. Maybe it is foldable from the other side..

Pretty much what ours is converted with Reimo high top and has original bed boards as far as I can tell.
