Anyone used them to work on their GC?

Yes I've used them a couple of times for basic service's and they were good. They seemed to understand the van but when I asked them if they had had many kitchen tap issues they had never heard of the problem - so that left me with a question mark...
To be fair though she logged into VW's warranty system and there was nothing on there about the famous tap problem so more of a VW issue.
