Westalps 2020

Due to Covid, our holiday took quite a different course than originally planned. Long story short: we ended up in the Westalps last week. A few first impressions from these last days:

This morning we wanted to go up Mount Jafferau, but we stopped at Fort Foens. The road up is challenging and the clouds kept kreeping up: the top was already completely shrouded. Wasn’t worth the effort anymore. Pity.

But we had a great tour along the South side of Lake Mont Cenis later in the afternoon!
