What suitable lubricant to use

Sliding kitchen and door window seem to stick / won't slide easily.
Can anyone recommend what they use OR if you just have to leave it ?

Silicon Oil Spray

Vaseline (white petroleum jelly)

Clean the tracks and mating surfaces fully with Isopropyl alcohol, then Use Dry PTFE or silicone ( wipe up excess silicone spray )
