what telly to get .. etc etc

Hi .. all

Need some advice if possible.
I want to get a decent telly for my new calli.. I would like to go either freeview which sounds appealing or go for the satellite way.
I haven't a clue what to go with for best reception etc..etc.

any advice would be great.
