Where would you go for ten days in December?

We have a conundrum, probably because we are newbies!

We have ten days off leading upto Christmas Day this year. We considered doing the NC500 but now are also thinking about hopping over to Europe and driving to Italy...

If you had ten days for an adventure in December where would you go?

Where the weather was warm during the day. No fun in the rain! The Mediterranean Coast of Spain is great from Valencia to Oliva.

Unless the long range forecast is good I would suggest leave the NC500 to spring summer or autumn. Then you will get the best out of the area. Winter has short days and long nights up here and to be honest it can also be wet and dismal with some places closed.

Watch weather closely and if it works go for Nc500 route, if weather sucks Maldives!

Great ideas. Thanks. I think it will be a last minute decision weather dependant although if we are heading to Europe booking the tunnel early would be cheaper.
