Wind-out Awning photos

Hello all.
I was hoping that someone could please take a few pics of the awning including the fitting of the rubber seal, so that I don't get it wrong. I am buying a 2nd hand one to replace the stolen one that I posted about in the past.

Anyone know what make is the ‘bungee cord’ around the canvas tent? Looks wider and darker colour than the one I purchased.
