Our Princess Doris is fast approaching her 1st Birthday and we are planning our first trip of the year this weekend. 4 nights in London.
I've been preparing things and thinking what works well and not so well.
We find the windscreen blinds and front door magnetic curtains all a bit fiddly.
Thinking about a wrap round screen cover, lightweight but durable.
Looking for thoughts and suggestions.
TIA

+1 for the Fuel Lagoon one. Easy to use, folds up small, very cheap, even the deluxe one.
We have this as well, good for the money. We tend to use in spring, autumn when a bit cool. We have an insulted one for winter and use the provided VW ones when hot in summer. All have + and -‘s.

Agree. We don’t mind the VW one when the mornings are dark TBH. We had thermal ones but ditched to save space.

The Project Camper ones are really good quality. Apologies but it is a German website - https://www.project-camper.de/
Another convert here. Wide range of colour options, easy to install and store. Optional black outward side, especially useful when stealth camping.
The external ones are great on a campsite but not practical when wild camping IMHO. And I would be concerned the fabric will move in the wind and abrade the paintwork

Not to mention that when it rains, external blinds may have to be packed away when wet
