Windscreen demist

Early this week I wanted to demist my 2016 Cali Ocean windscreen from a cold engine start. The demist max button was pressed and screen heat too. I noticed the left side cleared first which was annoying. Is this something anyone else has noticed? Is it a feature deliberately set by VW for left-hand drive and if so can it be changed for right-hand advantage?

Yea my left side always demists first . Think it's because they left all heating / demist controls as a left hand drive .
