A belated progress report

March is a long time ago but, after various extended visits, South Hereford persevered with the problem and got it solved. The high beam assist was fixed with a new sensor and harness and other technical stuff - except I couldn't try it out because it was mid summer and never got dark when I was driving (France Switzerland Corsica amongst the places we visited)

I can finally report the system works and works really well, it is very fast to react and seems to be able to distinguish moving and static vehicles from the rear.

Sigh of relief...........
