Looks great. You are probably still under 2m, I’m just over it with similar wheels but more ground clearance.

Perfection done at its best

You’re right just a smidge under - always a balance until you find what works for you best... I’m still tinkering ;)

Awesome looking machine, Kempy!
Did you spray the bike rack yourself?

Think that’s probably a transporter hq powder coated one?

Hi Kempy000, 1 year on how have the wheels and suspension been?

I am probably going the same route, I have the B14 on my panel van with 18 inch wheels already and are great when the van is empty but very harsh when the van is fully loaded ( running at 3000 kg!)

Did you notice any noise difference ?

Kev

Have you seen the issue with rapid corrosion on those wheels. Saw loads of people trying to get action from supplier - no response from Manufacturer.
Within 6 months seems to be the case around the rim in the stud areas..

BJG do you have a link for where you read about this, had a quick google and cant find any negative
comments re the Holeshot wheels.

BJG, great find and thank you for posting that link.

Saved me a fair chunk of £££.

Looks like I will be taking the like new 4 year old black Sportlines off my panel van.

Hey Kev

I’ve come off the B14’s and gone full swing with it now being lifted 35mm on Bilstein

Should have done this from the outset.. we can now fully utilise the capability of the truck.

Interesting I’ve not seen any corrosion as of yet!

Washed today and double checked - all seems fine

That’s a great looking campervan. I like your style; your subtle modifications produce a less than subtle effect.

I’m very pleased to hear your KMCs are holding up well.

I m considering the at3 in the same dimension as winter tyres. Did you have to adjust the speedo since the standard profile is 235/60?

I'm on 235/60/17 Mi

I'm on 235/60/17 Michelins and the speedo is pretty accurate- ref to TomTom GPS for comparison.
New tyres with indicated 70mph give 71mph on GPS. No safety speed error for speed cameras.

Previous Nokian 235/55/17 gave figures of 70mph indicated 67/mph GPS ie with GPS at 70mph I'd set cruise at 73mph indicated.

Now in average speed camera zones I set Cruise 1mph lower than the limit. 1kph would also be enough.

That's with Michelin CrossClimate SUV which had 7mm tread from new. Other treads and Brands may prove to be slightly different in circumference producing different road speeds.
