Surely, your not implying that they've been nobbled by the VW top brass David.well it always was the top sticky on this General T5 T6 chat sub forum- for years...and until very recently, (it's one I check) but today it's not here anymore, but nor is it in elevating roof section...has some mod moved it from General and pressed wrong location button putting it in wheels and tyres...??? I suppose having it top sticky thread on main forum may be off putting for potential Cali buyers but there are LOADS of us T5 owners now into phase 2 of Roofgate...
Looks right to me, I tend to just use search if I’m looking for a subject. This is the thread I would be looking at for T5 roof corrosion issues.
Edit: It seems to be in the right place to me.![]()
VW California T5 ONLY Roof Corrosion - General Discussion
Blistering Paintwork Front Roof Pannel Hi All, Anyone else have blistering paint work on the front pannel of the roof? I'm talking about the metal body pannel thing that meets the windscreen and forms the 1st part of the roof at the front. There's another thread about this sort of thing, but...vwcaliforniaclub.com
OK I know I am old, but all of a sudden I now find this as top sticky thread in Elevating Roof
and it was NOT there earlier, it WAS in wheels and tyres
so at least I can find it now
and conspiracy theorists can ponder whats happening...and why it moved ...![]()
It was me! Replied to wrong post and managed to merge 2 but didn’t delete GJ.Ummm.....Why is @GrannyJen attributed to my post in #6? Something odd going on here........
EDIT: Corrected itself now. Weird.
Ah, OK, thought it was me but couldn't understand how. My sanity restored. Thanks! It was me! Replied to wrong post and managed to merge 2 but didn’t delete GJ.
Then edited and corrected.
It's simple. That thread has been going so long that the roof corrosion has now reached the wheels and tyres.could not find the LONG thread about roof corrosion finally track it down to technical,m wheels and tyres section!!!!!
