I have no idea what comments you refer to, but great to see that someone reflects overnight and offers an apology. Great example to others.

Well played indeed.

I used to have a boss that would type emails at the end of the day, reflect on them overnight, tone them down the following morning and then send them. We can all learn from that approach.
