I started with the hedge trimmer, then strimmer, long reach trimmer, then the blower and just got the chainsaw! Not had chance to use the saw yet.I’m sure the neighbours must think I mad, when I finish washing the car and grab the leaf blower to dry
Well impressed with the stihl AP stuff. Got some hedge trimmers and next on the list is the mini chain saw.
That's exactly what I have and works fine standing on a small folding step. It fits nicely behind the rear seat under the headrests.

Not perfect, but I have an old cloth (synthetic leather) with a hole in the centre. I feed the cloth onto the T shaped end on the awning winder handle the flap the cloth back over it to cover the T. Then lower the front of the awning down and standing at the front wipe the cloth over the awning by carefully swiping the pole over it with the cloth attached. If you turn the pole to the right rotation it doesn't fold up with each swipe and you can just about reach the whole canvas.
Not a joke. I find that you’re technique seems to be a useful way to bounce leaves etc up and down, but less useful at clearing them. At least, it works very slowly. Frustratingly, there always seems to be bits that remain, only to reappear when I next rewind out the awning, along with mold and staining.Is this a joke? You have a telescopic pole? How small does it collapse? Can you remember where you picked it up? How do you attach it to your hand broom?
Ok, so I suppose that you sometimes clean the fabric of your awning? Maybe by letting it hang over your calis side and then brush it. This is one way (just be careful that it cannot damage the side). I did this year after year with the awning of my parents camper. I don't have such a wind-up awning on our new coast, but I do have the extra edge to slide in an awning that stores very compactly (also the two poles). I'm not a big fan of those awnings hanging there constantly, but everyone has their own choice of course. Anyway, during travel: before leaving & winding your awning back, you can also lower it a bit (legs are adjustable, right?) and then you can sweep it with a hand brush. In any case, it is not a high awning at all, but Then again, I am 1m92.
