Brake calipers stuck - overheating disc and whell

Anybody out there suffered more than once from stuck brake caliper (front) - I’m wondering moving to a rural area with loads of mud on the road could have contributed. Got pads and discs replaced all round 6 months ago. AA rescue guy (brilliant by the way) reckoned it is just one of those things that happens to older vehicles. My Cali is ten years old this month

I'd be inclined to replace the calipers especially since you have recently replaced discs and pads..

I agree. Can cost the equivalent to rebuild them in time and parts.
Better off having a new pair.
