Excellent! Looking forward to another great show :bananadance2

Hey! I've just booked in the VWCC area. I've been toying about whether to go to Camperjam for a few weeks, it'll be the first festival with the kids and thought I'd come on here to look at the reviews, glad I did. Will be great to be parked up with fellow Cali owners See you there!

any tips for those who have been before?
Bring plastic containers, tins etc, no glass (no glass wine bottles etc)

Bring cash as well as cards, just in case Wifi goes down or cash points run out (has happened before). Traders cannot take card payments if the Wifi is down !

bring enough food & snacks for the entire period, unless your eating out every meal.

Bring a funny hat for Friday ;)

Bring enough cooking fuel for the entire period & how you intend to cook.

have fun

Hi. Bring shoes that are easy to walk in because the traders stalls is more than a mile. If you walk through them a few times like me those days, you have covered some distance :D The area with food stands (which serve delicious food; we do not prepare any food there ourselves;)), tents and other activities is also very large. Now that they have also added Thursday, the denser areas on the 'family campsite' will already be occupied for us when we arrive on Friday in the late afternoon and we (not you because you are at the club campsite) will be further away than usual, so I train now to keep my walking at its best and keep an eye on my pedometer.
I must add that I hope to get my tickets on time because my address in the order says... United Kingdom and that must be Belgium. Don’t know how that happened. I already sent them an email and wait for a response. fingers crossed.
EDIT: I just received this, man I'm relieved:

if you want to keep your wrist band : (fashionable with the kids etc)
I hang mine from the gear selector After the event.
use a bungie ball clip thing, (the kids bands have the bungie clip, so they can be removed, the adult ones do not)
slide it over the looped end and use it to attach the band to your wrist
not the one provided, which are single use and one direction which means you have to cut the band to get it off.

Just read the no glass rule in the info. Better start saving plastic bottles to decant the gin etc into. Not sure how we will cope with the champagne though! It will go flat!
