Always thought van needed som bling to break up the sides so, on with the chrome trapezoid side bars and matt pillar wraps.
Last bit of bling was the rear tailgate chrome piece, got a second hand one off ebay as didn't fancy the £170+ price from VW
Did take 2hours to clean out the old adhesive though!
Outside now done!

Telescopic brush cleaner that fixes into garden hose - bought for the roof and it’s done a great job - actually enjoyed washing the van in the sunshine! Only £10 from Euro carparts so a good bargain.

Hopefully means I can send the kids to go get 20 or 40L of water from the campsite tap in a couple of these, and we can cart the wet washing or toilet around without having to move the van. It is smaller than the mini sack truck I was considering taking instead.

Bought a Tailgate Stand to stop the tailgate dropping when cold or windy. Had a few close calls in 50 mile an hour winds last weekend in the Lake District.

We are cyclists so they custom designed this for us. Great service.

Looks like a 600w kettle - takes a while but lovely to not need gas in the van. You can also use solar and /or the the 12v lead for a trickle charge around 100w per hour. I love the fact that the Jackery turns itself on when charging and off after a short period of no use - far better than the Bluetti which stays on indefinitely.

Are the Jackery’s LIFePO4 now? They used to Lithium ion which although very energy dense put me off because of the fire risk.
