We are setting off for Gibralatar in a week or so. We were there a couple years back during Covid so could only stay a day before we had to take one of those tests. We were told there are no campsites there. Has anyone stopped over there in their California?

There is a big car park with toilets near the lighthouse but that's all I know.

Thank you.

We stayed on an aire just over the border on the Spanish side a few years ago..... it was basic but did the job. Prob on P4N?

Edit: just saw there is one in the Marina on the Spanish side, prob your best bet tbh

Thank you. That makes more sense than a £200 a night hotel in Gib.

Thanks for the link. Just had a look on Street View - looks ok. Walk around Gib then back to Spain for bed time.

Stayed at the marina for three nights in 2018, no ehu but good enough and a quick walk to border control

There are a few places that allow over night parking, especially now before the summer. I saw this camper van parked up last night as I drove past. This is near the lighthouse Europa point .
Plus these is a place near the frontier with Spain on the Gibraltar side called Western beach.
So long as you lift the pop top it should be ok.
