Ocean Roof Not fully opening

After some guidance concerning our 2016 Ocean Roof which keeps stopping half wat through opening and then going a little more before stopping again and won’t allow us to fully raise. We are then able to close the roof; however the display tells us that the roof is open, although fully closed. We can clear this by switching off the control panel. We’ve also checked for fault error codes but it shows none.

As an aside the van does struggle to start in the mornings even after a long drive. We have taken this into our local dealership a few months back and they advised battery was fine although they changed one of the glow plugs.

Hopefully someone able to help so can feel a little more confident and informed when we go back to the dealer, thanks

Not sure the exact cause but feels like the open close sensors. There are a few posts on here about how to check and if needed replace.

Check the roof pump fluid level. Does the display show fully opened (roof symbol at 45 degrees or partially opened at 30 degrees, which is the not closed, not fully opened symbol)
