2018 T6 Wing Mirror Replacement

Some cretin in a hired Luton van took out my driver side wing mirror this morning.

The upper section of outer casing has atomised but the mirror is still intact.

I'm looking online for a replacement but can only find up to 2017

As an example, this "looks" like mine but the adverts says:
"VW TRANSPORTER T6 (Incl. Caravelle) 2015 -> 2017 Driver Side Wing Mirror Cover Primed"

Is this what I'm after?

Incidentally, the mirror has two silver "lugs" on the rear. Should there be 4 as it doesn't appear to want to remain in situ

I don't think they changed the design in 2018. I've got a 2018 and it looks the same as my 2016 T6.

What colour do you need?

You might get lucky on eBay. There are some painted ones on there at the moment.

Might be easier to wrap the mirror heads, would act as an extra protection.

Happened to me recently - found easiest and least stress way was to get it replaced by local VW garage - they got parts and sprayed it and fitted it while I waited.
