A few looking trips in a mate's Audi, plus a long chat with a petrolhead who was 'forced' into a DSG from years of manual T4s& 5s when motorbility wanted extra £££ for a manual (he has a daughter who is a wheelchair user) and now would not go back to manual, convinced me that DSG was the way to go, especially when faced with queuing traffic, a dodgy back and left knee troubles!
Reading Rhyddin's 1500 miles review yesterday has convinced me that this expensive change is the right decision, and the perfect match for the ACC.
Mrs S took less convincing than I expected...
