Air con not working properly

Off to Bath tomorrow,thinking I may need the air con working! ive only had the van (from new) for a few weeks and the air con does not get "really" cold has anyone else experienced this ?

Yes - bought ours in winter so did not really notice. When we did they found loosing gas - sorted but still not working right - they (VW) said it was not right then found compressor faulty which replaced no issue since
