Air Con Specialists in NW/East Midlands

I need to get the air con fixed on my 2012 Cali. It was serviced and re-gassed by VW last summer but was blowing warm air 2 days later (on the sweltering day we set off for our Rhine holiday ).

Can anyone recommend a good independent air con specialist in the North West/East Midlands? I'm not keen to take it back to VW Sheffield as the manager told me they might have to remove habitation equipment at a significant cost to get it fixed, which I now know is total b*******s thanks to knowledgable people on this forum.
