We have the Cali 3 bike rack and wish to alarm the bikes. Please can anybody give me recommendations?

When the alarm is set with a trailer connected it will go off if the plug is removed. I wonder if you could create a loop of cable with a trailer plug on the end and loop it through the bikes and plug it in?

campsite if you manage a couple of false alarms.
