Wild camping high up at 8224ft in the Sierra Nevada.
Crisp packets blown up like balloons. Coke fizzing over when opened. Gas won't stay alight on the cooker and the bog had just gone off with a bang. The slide that seals the bottom compartment appeared to be jammed and required a hell of a pull to get it open. As it opened there was a big bang as the air trapped inside was released in the low pressure atmosphere up here. Probably a good job it was empty.

Also the aux.heater might not work that good at high altitude.

They sell a kit to use the heather on high altitudes , don't know from witch altitude nescecary doh.

Hmm... Containers and bottles popping: yes. But we have had no issues with gas or heater above 2700 m (>9000 ft)... But that was earlier in summer, no doubt temperature plays a role as well.

Also: be careful when you use your porta potti at high altitudes... Never open the slide without the cover closed...
