It’s always charging in the daylight even with cloud cover. In two and a half years of running Californias I’ve never had a low reading.
I don’t run much off the leisure batteries; fridge, supplementary heater and air conditioning unit.

In good light with 200 watts, you can expect an 80Ah battery which is half full to recharge in four hours.

Divide watts by 14 to get max amps.

Multiply max amps by 0.75* (direct midday sun) to get realistic amps.

Realistic amps is the number of Ah going into your battery each hour.

*0.1 for high cloud cover.
*0.0 for low cloud/rain
*0.5 mid morning or mid afternoon.
*figures are woeful estimates
*dirty panels have a very noticeable effect.
