Hi,
Despite trawling through the forums here i cannot find exact answers to my questions relating to the radio/head unit.
I have owned my 2018 T6 California (MY18) since new and purchased it with the 'Composition Colour Infotainment System (that's what the manual tells me)' this is the simple unit with 5" screen and DAB radio.
I'm now at the point where I wished I had gone for the upgrade with the bigger 6.33 screen and App-Connect, what I would like to know is:
1. Can this unit be upgraded to enable App-Connect?
2. If I purchase a second hand unit with the larger screen, will it just work if i swap, with the USB in the glove box be adequate for connection and are there other cost involved?
3. And lastly is there a reasonable priced non OEM options where all current features still work, steering wheel controls, reversing camera and phone connection?
