Any recommendations for campsites in Tuscany ,dog friendly ,please

Morning all,
Finally settled on Tuscany for our first trip abroad in the Cali, heading down mid September for two weeks, and we'll be accompanied by our two Westies. Any thoughts on dog friendly sites ,villa or B&B to stay or things to do gratefully received.
Keen to visit Siena .

Just a word of warning, Italy is no where near as dog friendly as France (bars, restaurants, shops etc)

Campsites in Italy and all dog friendly, you just don't have the same freedom as you do in France.
