Auto elevating roof!!*?

On our third outing (thanks to lockdown) since collecting our brand new Calli back in December we noticed that one side of the bellows was sagging in! The roof had been up a couple of days and so we pondered what to do.....so we did nothing!
Anyway all was fine except in the middle of the night the electric motor kicked in and corrected the situation. Thankfully it was going up not down. Anybody else heard of this?

This isbuilt into the Califitnia Ocean system. Auto checks every 10 hours or so if ignition not been turned on in intervening period.

that explains it. Wonder why it went down?
