Aux Heater failed

Another useful snippet from the forum collective wisdom.
Tried heater this morning on a wet Gower campsite.
Flashing symbol as per SimonB post 11 & 12 as above.
Reset control panel,no error codes as per WelshGas.
Now working.
Have added note on diary to run heater/ put on EHU.

I see you have some physical evidence. That should make for an interesting conversation with the supplying Dealership. Give them h***.

Apologies, should have replied to this earlier. I made a case to VW and they agreed to fund my next full service which they did. Reasonably happy to get some compensation. I'm unhappy that I totally forgot to take out the extended warranty to 5 years when I purchased the Cali - how on earth did I forget that?
