The rear dials that control the auxiliary heater (see picture) are broken so looking for a replacement 2nd hand. Hoping once this is resolved and the heater is working as it should then an issue with the main battery draining if left connected will be resolved. Any ideas where I can get the dials 2nd hand? Got a mobile electrician coming next week to do some diagnostics.
