Awning screw cross threading

We took our awning off our T6 beach as the back bracket was rattling and getting replaced by the dealer.

On removing the awning my other half noticed that the top screw is loose in the hole.

Should there be an insert to keep this tight or maybe some cross threading causing it ?

Anybody any ideas???
