It’s well worth going inside the Sagrada Familiar. Book in advance, as it is sold out days ahead. It is so impressive. They expect to complete the construction in 2026, on the 100 year anniversary of Gaudi’s death.

This is a picture of inverted weighted structural model Gaudí produced over a 10 year period. It shows the structural load paths.

Love Barca: did you go in your Cali: if so where did you stay?

Yes I went in the Cali, which felt massive when trying to find somewhere to park in the city. It’s not really campervan friendly. It is lovely though. The multi story car parks I found were extremely tight.

In the end during the day I stayed in a monitored open air camper car par park on Saints Montjuic and cycled in. At night I stayed in the national park just outside the city.
