Advice/thought needed:
We'd like to take our longtail ebike with us when camping. Its overall length is same as normal bike (185cm) however as it is a cargo bike with 20in wheels the distance between wheels is longer than of an average bike. I did transport it home on my carrier but realistically the track would need to be 5-10cm longer to keep the bike absolutely safely in place.
I wonder if anyone has come up with a solution for this or similar situation?
Allso, the tailgate carrier capacity is 60kg overall, the bike is 31kg but it will be placed on one of four rails, so half of capacity goes on a single rail - will it lead to any complications potentially?
