Bike rack arms?

Hello.. Does the standard VW bike rack for the Cali has places for 4 rows of bike wheels, but only 3 arms to secure those bikes?

Either way, does anyone know if its possible to get additional arms ( I need to replace the longest one as I stupidly broke the tube.. Don't ask how). And I wonder if there should be 4 arms anyhow?

The arms will come off to replace ......

the 4th arm is a separate arm that will connect to one of the bike frames on the rack already then to the 4th bike ....

it should come with the rack if new ,but i'm sure that arm can be brought as well ...

Well, if you unscrew the adjustment knob and remove the clamp and the knob, in order to understand better how it all works, and then drive around without the clamp and knob, you'll find other bits have disappeared.... Leaving the steel threaded bar all naked and alone... So I've lost the long aluminium tube that holds the clamp in position... Oops.
