About to set off with Meg in the trailer behind the tandem triplet.

Just under 5 miles in just under an hour, with Meg in for the A259, out for the Hayling Billy Line from Havant, then in for the Hayling Bridge.

1st use a success. But we still need to get back.

Great day out on the bumps on a set of wheels, Zebedee done great but I made sure we went a slow pace.
Set off early from Corgarff castle.

Another great hike yesterday 16miles.
We only bumped into the local farmer and his two collies, he was telling me how amazing blues are as he use to have a Zebedee (blue Merle). Now has black and whites.

Zeb truly is an amazing dog, 16 miles at his age is brilliant.

Yesterday was supposed to be a chilled out walk, but we ended up doing two new bumps about 9miles and didn’t see a soul again.
Luckily the rain dodged us, looked stunning in the distance.

Another chilled out walk today up a local easy bump Cairn daimh gorgeous day and only saw one person! Surprised there wasn’t any mtb at the top normally a few.

Yesterday Roy’s hill and today my monthly hike up Ben Rinnes (got to see a cool rainbow well each end as top was hiding in the clouds).

When I was a boy, my father twice had a collie like this. The northern expression was "ringle eyed", but I've no idea how that was derived.

It called Heterochromia (has no impact on sight).

I’ve just heard the sad news that one of Meg’s six puppies died today.

born 20 June 2016
died 6 October 2023

Marley (formerly known as Gus) went to a local family who are good friends. He was just seven years old, went for a run this morning as normal and was found dead this afternoon.
