The booking system opens 1st December for Club camping bookings for Busfest 2025. This is always a great event and we nearly always sell out of our camping allocation. Take advantage of the early bird ticket price saving £5 per adult for the weekend.
You will need the club code when booking, which you enter at the end of the checkout process Swift?25
Get booking if you are a VW California owner, sorry but due to limited numbers we can't open up to other makes/conversions etc. this is strictly VW California type vehicles only.

For those of you who have been before, I am hoping we will have a new location for our club pitch, still very convenient but further away from the fair. Just waiting for confirmation that this new area will be opened up for us. Will update once confirmed.

Are you entering it in the correct place? Worked fine for me and several others have already booked. Where are you entering it? Screen shot would help if possible.
Edit: it’s not a voucher code or discount code you will be specifically asked for the club code at checkout.

The saving is nothing to do with the club code. The saving (£5 per adult, not £10 as I mistakenly wrote) is an early bird discount if you purchase tickets in December.

Sorry you’re finding. The website difficult. This link should explain most things regarding the camping zones but you want blue for club camping.

Once you’ve selected this option you fill in the drop down boxes, number or children, dogs, then select “VW California Club 25” from the club camping unit drop down box.

Once you’ve selected get to the checkout point you need to enter the club booking code as mentioned on the first post.
