Cadac Safari Chef HP Anyone?

I have a line on a cheap Safari Chef HP. I'm wondering if anyone has tried to mod an HP model to LP input? Is the HP regulator something that could be removed/replaced to use an LP bottle instead of the HP canister? Any info on or photos of the gas connection on an HP model would be greatly appreciated.

I researched this a few years ago and couldn't find an adapter. There did seem to have been one available in S. Africa but no luck finding it.

It was cheap enough that I figured I'd just buy and mess around to see if I can rig it for LP. Will post back what I figure out.

The adapters all convert LP Cadac to HP as it reduces the pressure from the HP bottle down to a safe level in the regulator.

It is not really possible to take low pressure gas and easily increase the pressure without a compressor of some kind. Unless you could bypass the regulator somehow... I suspect it may be difficult.
