Cali Ocean Inspection.

My 2018 Ocean is due an inspection in 22 days time and I am based near Guildford and considering booking it into Breeze's in Poole mainly because of what I have read on this forum, because I realise it's a specialist vehicle I want it looked after properly and there are some things that need looking at and Breeze appear to know what they are doing. I bought it from Lookers in Guildford, but have had a couple of terrible experiences previously when they serviced my T5 Transporter everyday work van ( Rude staff, poor customer service and that kind of looking down on you because you know nothing about cars or vans attitude. ) 7 years ago and never went back. I am happy enough to drive it the distance to Poole and maybe that would just give me peace of mind, but just wondered if anyone had any experiences of garages closer at hand that they would recommend. I have and continue to learn so much from this forum on all thngs campervan so many thanks in advance.

Could try Breeze in Southampton. I did try somewhere else recently and had a few issues and have returned back to Breeze.

SMG Cowfold.

Had a few issues with SMG.

Front Sportline valence installed too low (I corrected this) . Bent / damaged drop rod which may or may not have been as a result of works to lower the front springs. Similarly, they confirmed that they had inspected and taped the roof for corrosion but hadn't.

That’s a shame, they had a really good name and a high profile on this forum but seem to have lost enthusiasm for us!

I live in a similar area to yourself and travel to Breeze in Poole. The journey and distance really is worth the time and effort as Breeze Poole know what their doing and provide great customer service from my experience.
I defiantly would not use the local Guildford dealer having visited them and witnessed the complete opposite to Breeze. There is know way I would leave my Cali in their hands with confidence.
The added bonus of Breeze is location. Plenty of sites around to make a break away as well as a dealer visit.
