California on the beach! (well nearly)

Hi

We have just spend a couple of wonderful days on a small site at Muasdale on the west coast of the Kintyre peninsula. Park as close as you dare to the beach and enjoy the view. Cracking weather although a bit breezy at night, but you would expect that being this close to the sea.

View is west across to the small island of Gigha with Islay in the background, beyond that its Atlantic all the way to the US of A.

Van as usual, brilliant.

Looks beautiful ! I just spent 3 weeks on the West Coast, but further North. I'm planning another trip to the Kintyre peninsular. GrannyJen speaks highly of it on her blog.

Yup that's the one, although calling themselves a holiday park is taking it a bit far, it's just a nice place to park by the sea. :lol:
