Commercial vehicles > 2t are not permitted through the Rotherhithe Tunnel. This generally means that T5 or T6 Californias are OK but not T5 or T6 conversions.

and the 180 bus, the not very useful Erith to North Greenwich route .... which became the love of my life when after 10 miles of walking with a very sore foot and arriving at the Dome I found it parked up and ready to whisk me off to Abbey wood. God bless the 180 and all who ride in her :shocked

The 180 bus goes between North Greenwich and Erith (via Abbey Wood). The 108 bus runs 24h day between Stratford and Lewisham through the Blackwall Tunnel. Every ~30 minutes overnight and every 8-12 minutes other times.

Contrary to popular belief, bicycles are permitted through the Dartford Tunnels and over the QEII Bridge.

Turn up at the crossing patrol on you bike and you and your steed will be transported through free of charge by a crossing patrol.

They used to use one of these on a scheduled paid service.
