Campsite ideas near COTF ?

Hi, We are trevelling down to COTF in July but due to it being a long journey we thought we may explore the area a few days before and after the COTF meet.

Has anyone got any suggestions where we can stay as this area is totally foreign to us.

You could stay at the same site as COTF, Warren Farm.

I'd head further west and explore Exmoor and North Devon. I don't have any specific campsite recommendations but I've had good results finding places on http://www.ukcampsite.co.uk

Sounds like a plan, we may head to Devon and then work our way back up to COTF

Last year we spent a couple of days in the Forest of Dean before making our way to COTF. About an hour away. Excellent for a bit of biking and walking. We just camped in the woods.

https://www.pitchup.com/ is another useful tool for finding campsites. There's plenty around Burnham, it's a popular holiday location.
