Can Increase distance between my knees and the steering wheel ?

Can I install a lower seat or have my seat altered. Can I also install a flat bottomed steering wheel? Ideally I would like to have an extra 3 or 4 inches clearance

It took me a year and a half to realise I could pull the steering wheel (t6.1) up and clear of my knees. I am 6'6"
