Cargo boxes fitting to official vw bike rack

Today I have purchased my first california... Just wondering if it is possible to purchase a cargo box that fits onto the bike rack?

I can see this been hand when away for more than a few days....

Also need a decent drive away awning recommending ?

I had the Fiamma 500. cargo box on my cali. Even though its the largest model it still fits inside the frame of the rack so needs a matching horizontal bar on the rack so it has something to lean against when braking. Could not cope without it, swallowing all the gear for on tour. Took ten mins to take on and off leaving the bar on the rack. Paul.

Hi Beets, Ive sold Cali ( new Westi on order ) still got the cargo box. My son in law whos an engineer made the bar for me so can only advise you source your local welders, etc. If you are near Colchester your welcome to see both. I am still undecided to sell or keep it for the Westi. :? Paul.

I use a quad bike box - just the right size, big enough to be useful but not so big as to be too heavy to open boot when it's full. I simply drilled a few holes in the bottom and used standard roof rack bolts.
