Don’t do it! You need to be careful not to apply too much pressure as the drain pipes have joins that are simply push fit and can easily come apart. Better use a syringe to suck/dislodge any crud then flush it out.Brilliant, thanks for the suggestion, small adaptation

I agree, air pressure not ideal by all accounts because of the risks of concealed and hard to access pipe dislocation (a search should soon explain), I use this:Don’t do it!
