What was wrong with it?

Pixellated display, making it virtually unreadable, which is quite a common failure. As previously posted, it has now been repaired by Verotronics who specialise in such repairs. Control panel is for sale, £300 + p&p

mine has horizontal lines across it, the bottom 25% but creeping slowly up the top part - is that the fault (and what Verotronics can fix). Perhaps you could hire yours out as a "loan" unit to those whilst theirs is away

Yes, still for sale. £300 + p&p. It came from a T5, so yes, it will fit

I replaced one on mine it had a different part no but all worked ok , only difference was fridge control but works fine.
