I picked Listers purely out of convenience for work, I was sceptical after receiving some confusing messages about appointment time for my 'while I wait' service, but I needn't have worried. My Cali is on 08 plate and service triggered by two year interval and service indicator. The whole process from checking in to driving out with freshly washed van was slick and efficient. Their advice around brake wear and exhaust corrosion was pragmatic and no hard sell for immediate rectification - estimated 4k miles on pads, no concern about exhaust blowing. The waiting area isn't as plush as some premium car dealerships, but the wifi worked and there was coffee on free vend and fruit. All good
