I've been raising-and-lowering my roof for over 12 years now! I was conscious some time ago of the fact that the lowest of the "hinges" in the front panel were getting trapped towards the end of the process, so started to reach up inside and pull that hinge inwards to avoid it getting trapped. Then I noticed a few months ago that the top :hinge" was split, and had to repair it with clear repair tape. Has anyone else encountered this problem? Should I not pull-in the lower hinge when lowering the roof?
