Rightly or wrongly I have had the above Kenwood fitted with a reversing camera added that shows through the kenwood screen. The van also had extensive warranty work carried out and had been gone over four weeks!
I went to collect it yesterday and it took us all (including the service manager) about an hour to find out that the only way to activate the camera was to touch the vans rear end on the screen. I misguidedly imagined that it would come on automatically when you put the vehicle into reverse.
The other thing I thought would happen is that the 'lines' coming out from the back of the van would swivel so guiding me into the space as I have on my Nissan and as there was on the T5 van I drove before buying the Cali to test the vehicle size.
Is it possible to get these features retrospectively or just when factory fitted?
I am a bit peed off because I made it quite clear why I was having it fitted and what I wanted. The technical knowledge of the service dept was very poor.
