I had a similar problem, but it wasn't a fuse. The plugs never seems to insert properly. I shone that little torch that came in my new van's dashboard socket into it and fixed the broken socket by sticking in a wooden skewer and extracting the bit of lego lodged within.

Checked the fuse? There are Fuse Layouts in the Resource section of the forum.

Check the row of blue 15a fuses under the passenger seat.

Thanks it is the fuse, the middle one of the three 15a fuses, will replace when I return home.
